Ninja Mask | Crochet Pattern

Need a ninja or superhero mask for your costume? Create a crochet mask with any color yarn of your choosing!

I make my masks fairly BIG. I like that you are still able to see & use all areas of your vision when wearing this mask! This pattern is easy to adjust so it fits your face/head perfectly! I included lots of pictures with this pattern so it will be more understandable.

Crochet Ninja MaskYarn: medium worsted weight; approx 80 yds

[Red Heart Super Saver in Cherry Red]

Materials: Size H / US 8 (5.0 mm) crochet hook

Size I / US 9 (5.5 mm) crochet hook

Scissors & tapestry needle

The Pattern:

[Size H/US 9 (5.5 mm)] begin with a slip knot & ch 20.

Repeat this process to create an identical strap for the other side.

This pattern is easily adjustable.  If want to make sure your mask is fitted perfectly you can adjust the amount of chains/stitches used for the eyeholes & nose bridge section.  You can also make the side ties as thick & long as you desire.  This mask fits adult size.*

I used Red Heart Super Saver for tutorial purposes. However, if you are wearing this as part of a costume I would recommend using a yarn that you are comfortable with wearing on your face.
